I have an HP Officejet 4632 e-All-in-One Printer that is not registering the tri color cartridge.  I've unplugged it from the wall over two dozen times, cleaned it just as many times, putting back in the old cartridge works fine (except it's empty).  Printer is plugged into wall and it is a brand new cartridge pack I paid $80 for.  What a waste!

I will have to return it to the store when they start accepting returns again after the COVID pandemic.  I bought another cartridge and it worked perfectly.
