I bought the "HP OfficeJet 6958" a few month ago, and the ink is used out, so I go to the Costco to refill the ink, but after I install the ink cartridge, the error message said:
Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed
I tried any solution as the forum suggestion, but they all didn't work. I did hard reset and reinstall the ink cartridge for many times, but this error still exist, and I cannot print anything.
How can I do to resolve this issue?

HP does not recommend using refilled cartridges. You can refer to this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00853819
I suggest you try updating the Firmware and check if that help.
