Cartridge problem error message Envy 7134

Envy 7140

I have a error message coming up cartridge problem remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge making sure it is correctly installed. (Black). I have done this many times and also have replaced the cartridge with an original HP black. The message has not gone away and I can't get into the main menu you to download any firmware are. Any help would be appreciated

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
