so my printer constantly comes up with remove and reinstall the cartridge. I've pinned it to the black that seems to have a problem. I've cleaned connections and also done a reset, tried to do cartridge clean and perform all cleaning programs but unable to do this with the black cartridge being installed. I pay monthly on instantink but because it can't detect my black cartridge it says I won't be sent another until I've sorted the problem with the printer!!! How do I resolve this without paying a bomb for a new cartridge at the shop 😭

Is the printer enrolled in HP Instant Ink Program? If yes, we can send out replacement ink.

 

If no, follow the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge to isolate and resolve the issue.

 

If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
