Cartridges and printer problems

Hp Envy 5642 And hp envy 5052
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I have printer hp envy 5642. I bought new inks(xl blk, color) On your web site it promise 600 black and 165 pages. My printer made 2 color pages and  began to make lines and make pink pictures. I can’t add the pictures, you don’t have this feature on web site . I made diagnostic thru doctor from your web site, made clean cartridges and all procedures that saw on your web site. Printer made good test COLOR page, but after made pictures with some problems: lines and pink color.  After printed 10color test pages, and 8-10 pink and lined pictures, color cartridge show low level, blk cartridge in middle. Why do you promise so many pages if it doesn’t give that? Why you printer can’t make normal print? I wasted all day for trying to print normal pictures, I wasted money on your cartridges what doesn’t make enough pages like you promise!!!! What do I need to do? May be you can return my money for my ink cartridges?     After these manipulation I bought new printer hp envy 5052 on next day. It printed 25 color pages and cartridges ended!!! Why are you kidding people? Amount of possible pages and real pages doesn’t much!!!! And your cartridges doesn’t cheap for buy it every 25 pages!!!
