I have an HP Envy 5540 and I am reaching the end of my tether with the ink cartridges. 

 

I am on the fourth black cartridge in a short amount of time and the latest has lasted for only 5 sheets of A4 without significant amounts of black ink (HP 62 Black Cartridges). 

 

It is impossible to get through to anyone for help on this and I have spent so much money on these cartridges. 

 

Can anyone advise what the problem is or how on earth I can claim on the HP warranty and get these replaced?? All purchased from Amazon so would assume they are all genuine!
