Product: Macbook Pro
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I move from US to Portugal and the original cartridge was the 63 here they sell a "compatible one" 302 but my printer says incompatible cartridges.
I read somewhere in a HP forum that I can get that fix by resetting the printer to recognise the cartridges.

How can I get that done?

or contact Support "Human" to help me?

I have sent you a private message with the regional reset steps, specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
