I'm getting streaked text and missing colours when I try ro print a document. I've tested the ink levels - they're fine - and three times tried to clean the catridges using the HP system.  Each time I've taken it to level three and there has been no improvement. The printer has not been used for some time.

 

I'm at a loss what to try next. Grateful for advice.

I understand the print quality is streaked please follow the document  below and if these steps did not resolve try to replace the cartridge.

Hi John_Dominic,

 

The problem is now resolved. It turned out to be an alignment problem that was identified and solved by working through the webpage you recommended. Thanks for your help. I couldn't locate anything that looks like a "Kudos!Star" but will click on accept solution. Let me know if it's important to click on Kudos Star with more info on how to find it. Thanks again.
