Catridge missing or damaged

HP Officejet Pro 6830

Hi,

 

I have installed new colored and black cartridge but it keeps giving an error of damaged or missing cartridge on the black ink (K). I followed the online instructions of unplugging, cleaning contact area, and I even replaced with another cartridge but it still gave the same error. What else can I do about it?

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
