I bought my DeskJet 5020 (J510a) printer while still living in South Africa - I've moved to New Zealand and bought a set of replacement cartridges for it (61) and have found that the printer now reports "Incompatible Cartridges" in the Device Status of the HP Utility in macOS Catalina.
I've found, on these forums, that the printer's regionalisation needs to be changed to allow it to use these 61 cartridges (instead of the 122 cartridges that were available in South Africa).
Can an HP Support person please assist me with getting this DJ5020 printer's regionalisation settings changed?

You may have to contact HP Tech Support for the Region Reset to be done on your printer.
Click the below URL, Key in the Serial number of your printer in the box to seek the support options.
