I'm in Taiwan, OfficeJet Pro 8210 that was supplied by a scientific instrument vendor from overseas with their equipment, the original cartridges is 952, These only sale 955 series in Taiwan.
Need the procedure to get the region reset to Tawian so that the printer is usable again.
I have several device. What info should I provide?
Help me with this issue. Thank you

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Hello, I am having a similar issue on my 8210. It was purchased here in Florida, USA, but when the original ink ran out, I bought a full set of genuine HP 952 but found it expected 954. I put the printer aside and haven't revisited it until now. I would like to get this back online if possible. I understand I need to get a private code to reset the region to the USA in order accept 952? Thank you.
