I changed the ink on my printer (with HP branded ink, not 3rd party) and I got a vague and unhelpful "Printer Failure". The directions on screen suggested I turn it off and unplug it and that didn't help. How do I get it working again?

Hello,

I am afraid , its time to get the printer serviced / go for a new printer.

You may also contact HP Tech Support in your region to check if there are any Trade in options.

Hello,

I am afraid,  I guess its a printer hardware failure.  Its time to get the printer serviced by contacting HP in your region or go for a new printer.
