I cancelled my ink program Nov. 19th and I still have $10.59 charges on my account.

The billing for Instant Ink is in arrears, which means the billing happens after the monthly usage rather than in advance.  After the account is canceled there will typically be the last bill for the monthly billing and any charges for additional pages over the subscription usage.


Note that once the subscription ends the Instant Ink cartridges will no longer work and will need to be replaced with retail cartridges.
