Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.
I have gone through your Post and I would like to help
Since you are unable to read what is written on the printer, I suggest we perform a Semi Full Reset and then you can setup the printer again
Since the Semi Full Reset Step is specific to your printer model. I have sent you a private message with the next course of action
Please check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.
Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope
Thank you
