My Chromebook can see the 8720 but the 8720 can't see the Chromebook. I've tried manually installing the printer. It's listed as one of the options when I'm ready to print, but when I select it the selection reverts to 'Save as PDF'. What can I do?

All I needed to do was

Install HP Print for Chrome

BTW, whoever programs user help for HP is truly helpless. Among the problems, multiple annoying popups that have to be dismissed before content can be accessed and which make printed documents impossible to fully read. I ought to have been able to find this answer in five minutes without help!
