I have exactly the same question as a fellow HP user and I have done exactly what he did. His was answered helpfully but unfortunately HP support ended in privat messaging and closed for further comments. Se the dialog here:

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue. The fact that the issue is not resolved after all the steps show that it is a hardware failure.


Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
