Product: Color Laserjet MFP M477fnw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer has been printing fine and shortly after adding new ink last week, it has started printing horizontal colored stripes as well as what is sent to the printer for printing and only when printing color prints or color copies. Attached photo is of two pages side-by-side. Some days, it has stopped for a while, but now most of the time, even when I select to print with color or even make a color copy. When printing black and white, all prints fine. The printer is hooked up via USB to a Windows 10 PC with 8 GB RAM. Since the problem occurs when simply making a color copy, I updated to latest firmware but no luck. Any ideas on how to solve this problem? IMG_6947.jpg
