Color not printing on Envy 7155

Envy 7155
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer won't print color. No error messages. Cartridges show full. Cleaned contacts. Ran diagnostic tools. Uninstalled/reinstalled printer. Any ideas?

Color not printing on Envy 7155

Please print a Quality Diagnostic Page and let me know if color is printing. This will help us identify if it's a Hardware or Software related issue

  1. On the control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setupicon.

  2. Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.

    A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.
