This could be an issue with the settings or the ink system. We can try to isolate the issue and resolve it. Refer to the document How to Print Photos (Mac)/How to Print Photos (Windows) to ensure the settings are right.
Also, do you have issues while printing regular text documents?
I would recommend you follow the steps from the document Fixing Poor Print Quality to resolve any print quality issues.
If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
