The colours being printed are incorrect. The test print shows Cyan as purple instead of blue. The HP cyan cartridge was installed on October 10 2017 and has an expiry of Nov 2018. The other colours are correct on the test print. What can be done to get the colour mix right?

  • When was the last time the printer was working fine?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
