I have gone through your Post and I would like to help

 

Please refer to the Printer Specs: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-deskjet-3700-all-in-one-printer-series/8954253/model/11 for the cartridge number to be used for Latin America

 

 

You also need to do a Regionalization Reset on the Printer to be able to use cartridges for Latin America on your US bought printer

 

You can contact HP Support for help with the Regionalization Reset of your printer

 

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
