I am working on single print version due to the fact I'm out of black ink. So I'm just using the color cartrige. But, now I can't print anything. The computer says it's out of ink. Please help!!

Hi,
You will not be abe to print if any of the ink cartridge is empty.
To resume printing, completely remove the black ink from the printer and confirm any prompt on the screen, the printer should then appear as ready.
Now try printing and check for any difference. if you cannot print perform a color copy to ensure the hardware functionality regardless the computer.
If this was already done and you can copy but may still see such alert once trying to print from your PC, a such may happen due to a print job stuck in the queue, for a such I recommend following the HP Print and Scan Docutor Utility by selecting Fix Printing:
