Hello!  My printer has been working fine, and now it will not.

The printer is connected to my wifi network, but the computer can not locate it.  It says it is not connected to the network.  I have two computers that I use, and neither one can find the printer.

I have verified the printer is on the wifi network.  The printer and both computers are all on the same network.

I have restarted the printer.

I have removed and re-added the wifi network to the printer

I have reset network settings and reconnected to the wifi network.

I have removed the printer from my computer and gone through the set up process, but it still can not find the printer to add it.  I tried adding it by the IP address, and it still can not find it.

The only change I have made, is I used the copy feature for the first time.  Does using the copy feature some how turn off the print feature? I do not see a setting to use the print feature if that is the case.

Everything I see on the printer shows it is ready to go, but the computers can not find it.  What is going on? Thanks for your help!
