I'm sorry for my mistakes, I'm not an englishman. The connection between my iMac and the printer doesn't function because the name of the router was changed. Trying to correct this with the HP software I am ask for a password, probably put in the printer, that I don't know any more. Using the passwords in the keys don't work. How can I reset my printer totally?

Sorry, but it didn't work. I tried this before. i am asked for acces to key HP Utility: Dekjet 3630 series: [edit] which I give permission to. But the password in the key is not accepted. A password put in my device previously is asked for. I don't know that password. I use HP Utility or HP Start. In both cases the problem is the same.
