HP Envy all-in-one printer has a constant "paper jam" message, despite there being no jam visible. Have tried all recommended solutions but without success. Is there anything else I could try? (Printer is only 4 months out of warranty.)

Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates.

If the issue persists, revert back for further assistance.
