Photosmart 7515

Spurious "Paper Jam"  began intermittently, then became more frequent, and now is continuous. Haven't printed anything successfully now for over a week. I just walked through  all the steps in the diagnostic video at the web page linked below. I was hopeful when I got to the "clean rollers" step since one of them had a fair amount of black ink on it, but no. Still continuous PJ errors.

Printer communicates via wireless to three computers: Windows 8.1, Windows 10 & Apple iPad.

Suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Chuck

@ex-PFCChuck, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If you have already performed the steps from the document A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays on the HP Photosmart 7510 e-All-in-One Printer Series and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
