Solved!

Credit for unused ink cartridges

Intel
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My 7520  printer kept giving me error messages that the ink cartridges were empty  or carrier was faulty. I did the logical thing, I followed the instructions and replaced all the color cartridges on my HP7520. Price for all of the cartridges was about $100. Following the advice did not solve the no-print problem. $100 bucks wasted. Best buy had the HP7855 on sale for $99. I decided to buy 64XL cartridges---another $100. This ink business stinks!!!  What a racket!! I feel like HP owes me a credit for bad advice.
