A few weeks back, my printer stopped printing Cyan. The printer is about two years old. I have run the diagnostics, cleaned the print heads, etc. and it still does not print Cyan. I have replaced the Cyan cartridge twice. It shows full in the ink status page.
Is there anything that can be done? Im about to toss it out. Any help would be appreciated.
