Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

my printer printing only green and yellow color.

I guess cyan/magenta are not printing or malfunctioning.

I have purchased only three days back

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Please print a Quality Diagnostic Page and let me know if Cyan and Magenta are printing

 

  1. Load the printer with plain white paper.

  2. On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup .

  3. Touch Tools.

  4. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.

    A Print Quality Diagnostic report prints.
