Cyan colour not printing

HP Envy PHoto 7134
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have cleaned the cartridges 4 times and cyan is still not printing.  The printer was replaced under warranty and I've only had this one a month or two.  I'm not very happy with HP

I understand that you are unable to print the cyan color.

 

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

 

Please let me know if you are using HP genuine ink cartridges,

 

Have you tried replacing the cyan ink cartridge and checked?

 

Please print the print quality diagnostics page.

 

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Report, and then evaluate the results.

  1. On the control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setupicon.

  2. Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.

 

Examine the color blocks on the Print Quality Diagnostic page to make sure the color blocks do not show white lines and are not faded or missing.
