Hp office jet 6962

Cyan ink cartridge stopped working and there is still ink in there. Installed a new one to test and the new one did not work either. Any suggestions

I had been trying this,it took over 6 times for this to work, thought there was a different solution..  Seems odd that it took so long  Thanks!

Inkjets need to be used at least once a week to keep the ink from drying in the printhead.

Yeah it probably has been awhile, did not realize that, thanks will print more to avoid.

one further question, when I use the printer tool clean print heads it prints perfectly but when i go to print a card or other document it does not, any suggestion on this?

Does the print out look like there is ink missing?

Can you post a image of a print out?
