My cyan ink stopped printing. We have cleaned the printheads, updated the firmware, tried multiple genuine HP cartridges, gone though all of the troubleshooting with HP Print Doctor and it's still not working. When we get to the "align printheads" step it won't complete the step. It prints the alignment page but then says the page can't be scanned when I try to scan it. I can't seem to get any service support because my warranty is expired, does anyone have any other suggestions?
