Product: OfficeJet 4650
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Dear friends,

Since retiring, printer gets little use. One color (cyan) not printing. I have done cleaning three times and deep cleaning once.  Otherwise, diagnostic page looks fine. Levels shown as good.

Is there a way to fix clog? Will this model simply allow me to replace the color cartridge to resume full printing?

HP Recommended

Just replace the Tri-color ink cartridge.

I suggest that you print at least once a week to keep the printer in good shape.
