I have an OfficeJet Pro 6978. I installed a new black instant ink cartridge. It worked for a while but now needs to have the printhead cleaned (second level cleaning) every 2-3 pages. The second level cleaning routine advised me that a replacement cartridge is needed, but there is no way to report this and obtain a replacement cartridge through the instant ink site, my account, or the help systems, which tell me I have plenty of ink in the cartridge, which is not the issue. Please contact me ASAP as the printer is useless without the black cartridge.
