Hi, I have a defective ink cartridge that, according to the box it came in, is still under warranty. I ran every diagnostic and downloaded all drivers...it's definitely the cartridge. When I put the old one back in it works fine. The printer sees the full cartridge but it won't print anything. I have tried 3 times today to figure out how to use the warranty. One time I got to a menu that was asking for my HP order # (I got it on Amazon), but every other time I go in endless loops that try to route me to the bot or another diagnostic page. I'm so frustrated! How do I reach someone to utilize this warranty? On the box it says warranty ends August 2020. Thank you.
