Good Day. I have had printer for approximately one year and has worked terrifically. Last week i changed the printer cartridges and now i get an error that the magenta cartridges is depleted. I have followed instructions online to clean, unplug from printer and i even purchased a new one - same error. The cartridges i purchase are HP original cartridges.
Please help as we all know - cartridges are not cheap!

I would recommend you to follow the steps from the document HP OfficeJet Pro 7740, 8700 Printers - Ink Cartridge Errors.
If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. if cartridges are in warranty, replacement is free.
