Product: Envy 5055
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

Bought Envy 5055 printer. Tried to get instructions but after 20 minutes the man I was talking with was still trying to find the model even though I had given it ....he wanted some more numbers from the sticker on the back which I gave him ,,,they are very very small...why not make the sticker bigger so people can read them without a microscope so it is clearer. I still have not found out where to put the ink. It should be simple but this has become impossible...time to head for another brand
