Product: Designjet 500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi.  My designjet 500's printing preference dialog box has become unusable.  The font for some reason is enlarged.  It was working fine 2 weeks ago.  I belive the computer updated and since then it hasn't worked.  I've tried display setting changing scale and that didn't help.  I  have another one of these running on windows 10 and it doesn't have the same issue (well it currently isn't printing from any programs since the update but that's for another thread).   This happens to all the preference tabs as well as under printer properties tab, the paper standards and about.   Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.HP DJ 500.jpg
