Product: DeskJet 2755

Hello,

I bought a DeskJet 2755 Printer and it didn’t come with the setup cartridges. Really frustrated because I need pages printed for a work deadline. Is there anyway to override the need for the setup cartridges? Any help would be great.

Hi,

 

The set up cartridges will be in the box. 

the cartridges may fall off when removing accessory tray from the box.

The cartridges are not taped to the accessory tray, so sometimes it could drop if you try to remove the accessory tray from the box.

so please check the box and the packaging again.
