I can't get my deskjet to print or go online and it won't show any level of colored ink and it's brand new. I have tried all the steps but with no help and I can't get the print doctor to open on my system

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you. As you are using an Android mobile, HP Print and Scan Doctor will not work on it. This diagnostics application is only for Windows PC.
Print a Printer Status Report to check the level of ink
Press and hold the Cancel button for 3 seconds.
A Printer Status Report prints.
Try making a standalone copy in black and color to identify the defective ink cartridge.
Install HP Smart app to print and scan from your Android mobile. You may also check the ink levels on this app.
