Hello- Would you please DM/email me as well with the solution? I haven’t been able to fix this issue yet and I’ve spent literally weeks trying everything available online...

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

Try restoring the network settings to defaults -  Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

no, that doesn’t work. It’s the admin password I need. No ‘normal’ fix works. Please help me factory reset the whole printer.
