Deskjet 460
Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Hello,

Suddenly my Deskjet 460 will only put out blank pages regardless of it being black ink or colored ink selected.  I have taken the following steps; ran the cleaning process, ran the alignment process, cleaned the print heads, cleaned the ink cartridges, and installed new ink but only get blank pages during the output.  I have noticed there is wet ink inside the far left side of the printer as though the printer is only printing to the left side.  Regardless of what I do...there is not any ink getting on the paper.

Any thoughts?

@bindulged, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If you have already performed the steps from the document Missing, Faded, or Dull Colors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
