Simply says "Paper jam"

Thanks for the post. 

 

I understand that you are getting a paper jam error your printer. Don't worry, I will be happy to help.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

Are you using regular paper or special paper?

Have you checked the print settings on the computer?

 

Request to open the rear access door of the printer, clear the jammed paper. Refer to this article for assistance. 

Perform a hard reset on the printer. Turn off the printer, disconnect the power cord, wait for a minute and connect the printer's cord directly to a wall outlet. (do not use a surge protector to connect the printer's power supply.)

If the issue persists, please contact our phone support for the service or upgrade options for your printer.

Make sure to select the correct paper settings on the computer before you print.
