I have Forgotten my admin LOGIN and password for my HP OfficeJet Pro 6968
When I try to access the settings from my printer directly I apparently set up a password. I have some medical issues and dont remember doing this.
I read in another post that I need a partial reset please help me. Here is a pic of what I am referring to.

@bobo2014, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Resetting the printer to its factory settings may resolve this issue.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
Let me know how this goes.

Now I am having the Admin lock while using the embedded web server it is asking for a username and password while using the embedded web server but my printer admin lock is fixed. I have totally uninstalled the printer software and reinstalled. Please see screenshots. I get the same issue while using the HP smart app.
