I use an HP5542 and my wife uses an HP5532 - we have both recently experienced error messages showing device offline when in fact everything is showing them as connected and online. I have run the HP print and scan doctor which shows device offline and that there is a paper jam - but this is incorrect and not the case. Have tried deleting printer and re-installing but problem still persists. Can someone assist please - is this due to a recent windows update or something else?
