Since changing the original ink cartridges because of a fault with them, The print on this machine has become so bad. I have contacted HP support several times only to be connected to that stupid virtual agent. Which is a complete waste of time? Now the warranty on this printer has expired. It has to be the most troublesome printer I've ever had. And I will not be replacing it with another Hp. The customer service received to date has been truly appalling..

Hello, the information you require, has been provided over and over on the HP website. Why there have to be private messages regarding a useless printer is beyond me ..
The printer is an HP desk jet 2633. The HP website claims there is no such printer. Serial number: CN 86B 5988P. II am complaining about this for months. the original ink cartridges started to give problems 3 months after purchasing the printer. and then one just stopped, despite being half full of ink. Hp immediately forwarded 2 new cartridges. Once installed the problems began distortion in printing and scanning.
I have cleaned and realigned the heads several times to no avail .. I have updated software several times as the printer would not accept the installation at the beginning. Out of the box, this printer was excellent. but that was short-lived. and now the warranty has expired.. Leaving me with a totally unreliable piece of rubbish. I will never again purchase anything HP...
