Product: ENVY 4520 All-in-one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My ENVY 4520 printer does not print Word documents, however the printer works> Pages however stay empty.

HPSmart does not detect any Word documents.

My MSWord, Excel, Powerpoint is the 2007 version

HP smart app's document printing feature is currently limited to PDF only (future expansion planned). Kindly install HP full-featured printer driver to print all types of documents from your PC.

Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Try printing.
