My Black cartridge just is not printing at all....is brand new cartridge and have cleaned the print heads many times

Have you tried these steps yet? 

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

This did nothing to solve my problem.  I've done everything and not one thing has worked.  Be honest...is it just more reasonable to replace this printer.  I've already replaced the print head on it  a couple of years ago.  I've spent hours on this darn thing and am totally frustrated.
