I need to downgrade the firmware to use 3rd party print cartridges

Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, we're seeing an influx of customers coming in for support. We appreciate your patience.
We will not be able to downgrade the firmware, but we can reset the printer to default to factory settings.
I have sent you a private message with the reset steps, specific to your printer. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
