How do I downgrade my instantink plan to the free plan? I enrolled in the first tier 50 pages per month plan for $2.99 but I rarely exceeded 5 pages a month if that. When I click on change plan under My plan at hpinstantink.com, it doesn't show the downgrade option, only upgrades are listed.

I figured out a solution for this:
I clicked on Virtual Agent on the top of the hpinstantink.com page, type in something like "downgrade instantink plan to free."
Click through the menu, choose other support, select the option to chat with a live agent or you can call customer service directly or you can go to the HP support page and click Chat now:
Ask the live chat agent to downgrade your plan to the free plan, they will verify your billing info and be happy to downgrade your plan.
